Resources

All the resources on this page are helpful to youth!

If you need advice or just want to talk to someone, check out the counselling or phone line tabs. You can call or drop by any of the counselling resources. You can also call any of the phone lines, which are totally free. Many of them are available 24 hours a day.  The 1-800, 1-888, 1-877 and 1-866 numbers won’t show up on a phone bill. The people you talk to will listen to what you have to say and try to help you out. Talking through a problem can be a good way to sort out your own thoughts.

There are safe hangouts where you can go if you need help or a place to stay and other hangouts that have after-school programs and fun activities!

If you click on Teen Clinic, it will show you where your closest Teen Clinic is. For more info on Teen Clinics, click here.

There are also a bunch of great websites where you can find more information on a whole bunch of different things!
