The trick is to find things to do for yourself to help you feel a little better especially when life doesn't feel like it's gonna get easier. Sometimes it can be as simple as: taking a hot bath taking time to play some b-ball baking inspirational cakes hanging with your friends and other times we may need a little more support: taking a break from some activities talking to someone like a counselor, doctor or a therapist sometimes it may involve geting treatment for a mental health issue The most important thing to know is that you don't have to be alone.
