So many birth control methods to choose from...

   which one is right for me?

the patch, the pill, the shot?

 Condoms, spermicides?

a combo pack?

These are great questions to ask, especially if you're planning to have sex. Finding out all the information you can will help you make the right decision for yourself. 

 

Discussing this with your partner as well as what you will do if the birth control fails is another step towards being ready to have a healthy sexual relationship.

Deciding that there's much too much to consider or if you just start to feel like you want to wait longer is all okay too. There are alot of sexy things you can do without having sex and abstinence is the only 100% effective method to prevent pregnancy.

All in all ,information, knowing what you want and respecting yourself are key in making these important decisions.
